Focus macros

What is the focus counterspell and polly macros. im bad without em so i thought id get them

UI section under "macros" have all the focus macros you need.
omfg yes.. srry xiun.. u can b my guardian for all things magey.. like i said im lazy and dont look things up :D and thxxxxx we should get to together 1 day and u can show me how to play a mage since i blow :P
