Trinket Help.

I just got enough valor for Bottled Wishes and I was wondering if I should hold out on getting it and grab something else. The trinket it would be replacing is Mithril Stopwatch. Thanks in advance.
I'd replace a ring, cape, or neck piece first. there is at least one decent trink that drops. DM:VC is also still way better than the Stopwatch as well.

Any buy boots and bracers for cash since they are BoE. The Bottled Wishes is pretty terrible.
Rawr has the bottled wishes being better than DM:VC for me because it allows me to get an additional tick on combustion and on living bomb when i have 10 stacks.
