Gear Choice/Reforge Choice lots of questions

Got a few questions about how to reforge and such.

I have my 2pc t13 - so i should just be looking at 15% spell haste is this correct, or should I break through and get 25% haste instead? I'm pretty sure with my current gear I'd have no problems getting to 25%.

I have my 4pc t13 but my pants are the LFR and is actually a downgrade from my current pants. Is the 1.12 cd on combustion bigger dps increase then 1%crit and a bit more spell power?

Combustion is a huge damage CD...If I had to choose between a slight bump in crit and SP versus A 1.12 CD on Combustion...Id take the 1.12 CD. Just my opinion and may be wrong....just wanted to throw my 2 cents out there : ) As for the haste question I am waiting for someone smarter than I to answer it so I too will know LOL
Haste for extra combustion tick is 2005. A lot of people prefer to just reforge into all crit since the 2pc t13 gives us 500 haste.
At the moment, even with all my haste reforged into crit, I'm sitting at 2141 haste.
With full raid buffs and taking warlock crit debuff on boss, I'm able to get over 50% crit chance on fireballs for more reliable ignites and combustions.

And yes, 4pc t13 is amazing, especially for fights such as Yorsahj and Hagara where it will be up for every black phase or increased damage taken.
Thanks for info. I went ahead I switched up some gear - went back to my 4pc too.

I was didn't know that I wasn't at the 15% haste cap before though , went back and pushed myself over. I was doing about 37k in LFR on ultra. today after a few runs. I don't know how'll that will scale in 10m yet but I'll find out tomorrow.
