[PVP] Frost needs a nerf NOW

Crazily stupid overpowered spec that needs a nerf, way too much damage and way too much control.

Stupidly crazy shatter combos that mince characters in full ruthless gear, total dominance and control over all melee. If frost nova, deep freeze, icy veins, ring of frost, ice block or frost orb wasn't enough, why not pop cold snap and do it all again? Why not throw some insanely overpowered instants that crit for over 60k damage on 4k resil PVP players within a matter of seconds. Yep, sounds really fair.

Oh look a mage - Ice lance, Ice lance, Ice lance, Ice lance, Ice lance, Ice lance, Ice lance, Ice lance, Ice lance, frost nova, deep freeze, "you are now frozen colder than the Antarctic", <insert crazily overpowered shatter combo here>. You are dead.
