Hour glass time reset

Dispite the log in picture, I am an arcane mage. In the fight with the hour glasses, they will not reset for me. Does anyone else have this problem or can you give me any clue as to why this does not work??
What or who is 'they' ?

I believe trinket on-use cooldowns won't reset. I could be wrong though.
I imagine you are trying to click on one of the five hour glasses in the Murozond fight. You're clicking on the wrong thing, you need to click on the big hour glass in the middle of the map to reset time.
Thank you for your replys. :-) On my screen there are only 5 small hour glasses. No large one. All videos that I have watched are this way also. Where is the big one if it is the one I need to click on?? Sorry do not mean to come off as totally stupid but have pushed almost everything on the screen and nothiing happens lol.
It is the big hourglass in the middle of the room. It isn't a button on your screen, but the physical object in the middle of the sand directly in the middle of the room. You will have a cogwheel icon if you hover over it, and you need to be standing directly next to it to click it.
Thank you so much Ryken. My camera angle was almost over head and being a ditz I never really paid attention to what that contraption was. Geeee ya think maybe I am getting old lol. Thanks so much. Problem solved.
