i need some help here plz

[:1]i was on Noxxic just being bored and i click on arcane mage just for the hell of it and i seen the stats was for a arcane mage is haste = mastery = crit i thougth it was always mastery = crit = haste and then i go on some dif website's and it says mastery = crit = haste so i don't no what to believe plz help im really confused O.o
Noxxic is terrible.
tru Noxxic is not that good but even the other websit's told me it was Haste over Master over Crit and some told me different so im just really confused. . .
With your spiffy T13 4-pc armor bonus, it's easy to have a lot of numbers to reforge with. You can easily cap Hit, and Haste, then play with Crit and Mastery.

Haste has a cap, a little like the hit cap. There is a point where some haste is good until you have too much. Generally you want enough Haste to reduce your Arcane Blast to ~1 second casts with Timewarp. Any more haste, which is easy to do with T13 gear, and you'll be slowed down by the 1 second global cooldown. Which means that you can't cast any faster than 1 second.

I've found that pushing the softcap and lowering my haste outside of that Timewarp Burn Phase forced me to burn mana too quickly in a sustain phase. So I agree with meeting this cap, and not spending too many points on Haste.
Bliinky... Yes arcane is Haste mastery crit.......
