So I got a Crystallized Firestone today..

I think it all depends on your offhand. Being that you aren't killing Baleroc from a look at your armory, I'd probably go with the staff.

I was faced with this same thing a couple of weeks ago, and had the same offhand that you do. I went with the dagger because it was only ~100 DPS(from a close look, I didn't spend hours on checking) behind even with the 372 OH but the fact that we were killing Baleroc every week meant that Molten Scream was eventually going to come.

Just run a sim if you're super worried about the exact performance of each, I'd say the staff will come out better though.
Wand. You're not getting another crystal but you are definitely going to get weapons from bosses. Taking a crystal for items you're going to be replacing is just a @#!! move unless everyone has one already which I HIGHLY doubt.
Except the weapon is going to be a bigger upgrade, and if he is doing 10 man, the Firestones actually drop quite a lot.

That, and Domo is one of the bosses you're already killing so, while not BiS, there is a 391 wand there you can use.
