[Suggestion] Conjure Refreshment

I've been thinking... overlooking the other problems with conjured food/water scaling, something should be done to allow mages to give refreshments to players of a lower level. To that end, there is a fairly simple solution: make 'Conjure Refreshment' pick what food to create based on the mage's target's level, e.g. If the mage is level 85, but his target is level 45, it should create level 45 food. It should probably be fairly easy to implement, and reintroduce something that in my opinion used to bring the community closer together: annoying mages for free refreshments :D
Mages have enough trouble putting down a table as it is. I cant tell you how many times I load into a BG on my other toons and the mages seem to think that their table isn't needed when buffing the group.
