Arcane Mage Stat Priority

[:1]Hi! I am hoping to get this toon to level 85 this week. I just wanted to ask other's advice on what the stat priorities for Arcane mage! For PvE by the way....I am not very good at Arcane PvP

I always was told, Get your hit percentage to 15.50% or so, then you should go for: INT>Mastery>Haste>Crit........ but this toon has been 85 a whole week now lol, so if someone corrects me litsen to them.
Sounds dumb as !@#$ lol. Hit hitcap then stack mastery

Eh... From what I remember reading, it's more like...

Int > Hit to cap > Haste to soft cap > Mastery > Crit = Any additional haste

Though, this is assuming that you don't have the T11 4piece.
