What should I use valor on first?

[:1]What is the most worthwhile valor piece to get first with valor pts as a fire mage?

I'm kind of hesitant to get the armor pieces since I will be replacing them with tier in the future.
I asked this question earlier today and about 5 people responded with that I should get the cloak becuase it is the only BiS piece you can get with Valor.
The Cloak is indeed BiS.

The wand is a marvelous upgrade as well.
Yar I think I will be getting the wand as my 2nd upgrade from there, since the trinkets are horrible. Then I will probably update neck or ring depending on which is in need of a better upgrade in 2 weeks.
Got the cloak. It's there to stay until next September.
Man, the models of FL/DS cloaks are awkward. Thank Blizz we can hide cloaks.
