[:1]As a Fire mage i need to know whats better Fire/arcane < thats with improved blink ... or Fire/Frost for PVP .. Thanks

For PvP. I don't think taking Improve Blink is that important because a lot of the time you have the sprint from Blazing Speed.
Also, Shatter in the Frost spec bascily makes you in to what kicks !@#. Because if someone is frozen you have like a 95%+ to crit them. So Nova. Scorch and Fire Blast. (HS proc). Imp Cone of Cold them and bam instnat pyro crit. etc etc

Improve Cone of Cold. Shatter. and Piercing Ice are more or less essential.
There really isn't much in the arcane other than Imp CS
With fire and pvp the only thing you need in the arcane tree is improved silence.

Make sure and put your last talent point in improved Coc for the 4 sec snare and shatter.

You may want to take a look at your fire tree and try and shave some points so you can get improved flamestrike. Personaly I would take them out of FP since you will only loose 2% and gain an instant cast spell that you can cast while moving. Not to mention it's a nice combo with blastwave if two or more targets get hit.
