9 weeks ago my guild killed rag for the first time. It has not dropped once, so before you say "LOL NOOB GET VPLC"... Yeah. It just won't drop.


PS: For Arcane. I love the procc from DMC but I love the passive Int from VAS :\
try using rawr? It would tell you pretty quickly. I used Soul Casket over DMC:V personally.. and a 359 mirror.
DMC:V until you get VPLC. Or if you can, get a heroic Theralion's Mirror.

DMC:V is just sooooo GOOOD. so ridiculously good.
