Need help with transition to Fire

[:1]Hey all, I'm here because I am trying out fire, but I don't have nearly the same dps as other mages that I run RF with.

I understand that my gear isn't quite up to par yet (need more crit and haste) but I have trouble maintaining 15k dps as Fire. When I change to Arcane I can average around 19-20k.

I follow the rotations that have been posted here, and sometime I see spikes where I hit 20k, but it's not consistent. Also, I almost never get any pyroblast procs, even when I'm raid buffed and have ~25% crit. Does the RNG hate me or am I doing something wrong?

The RNG hates you. It always has, and always will. It strives to murder your dps during burn phases. It delights in your anguish when your combustion ticks for 6k. It is the immovable object to your painfully stoppable force.
I see very little things to change with your current gear. Fire DPS very often live or die by the quality of the combustion you use. If you use combustion helper, just having the light turn to green isn;t always good enough, you need to make sure you set it up, or know, you have a decent ignite going on when you combust.
